Our Client Service Associates act as liaison between client and Computershare. They assist clients with service requests either directly or as instructed by the Relationship Manager. Coordinates incoming/outgoing files to and from client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the position include the following: • Ensures the timely receipt of payroll data and funds for Plan Sponsor payroll investments. • Interacts with several internal groups to ensure accurate and timely posting of shares to participant accounts. • Resolves client issues in a timely manner by working with internal departments. • Resolves participant issues in a timely manner by working with internal departments. • Works either independently or with Relationship Managers to ensure proper follow-through of company requests. • Generates, validates for accuracy and ensures the mailing of company reports and statements within Computershare standards. • Coordinates proxy activities with the Plan Sponsor, including the determination of dates, ordering of materials, generation of shareholder files and delivery of final tabulation to the appropriate area. • Understands and produces results consistent with organization’s vision. • Conducts actions in a professional manner with internal and external clients. • Works with other internal departments to ensure that all ESPP product initiatives are being met. • Participates in various initiatives as the business unit dictates. • Liaises with the client to coordinate events for the plan. • Apprises the client of any change in Computershare’s processes which may impact the participants.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office Applications, Internet, E-Mail and database software knowledge. Stock transfer system knowledge is recommended
